The Secret is in the Little Blue Flower
Linen is a fibre which is European by history and tradition: the entire process of quality linen production takes place in Europe, limiting the transportation impact and encouraging the employment of those communities that traditionally have been dedicated to the processing of this special fibre. The Albini Group chooses the linen of Terre de Lin, the largest linen cooperative in Europe.
Linen produces no waste since all parts are used, it also does not need watering since it is the alternation of sun and rain typical of the regions of Western Europe that cares for its growth. Moreover, insects and parasites naturally do not “attack” the flax plant and therefore it can be cultivated using just a few pesticides.
Distinctive and Stylish
Our Linen shirts are finished with the traditional Alder Green Trim on the collar. For our new Linen shirts we have chosen a new slightly darker Forest Green to add a beautiful, distinctive contrast to the soft pastel tones of our Albini Linen fabrics.
Looks good, feels good but until it’s warmer I won’t be wearing my new shirt.
