We have chosen the Twill weave for our formal shirt range as it is the ideal fabric for the staple shirt in your wardrobe. This beautifully soft Twill is woven by the world famous Albini mill in Italy and uses a 2-Fold 100’s yarn, which makes it the perfect weight for wearing year round.
Our shirts are manufactured in a state-of-the-art family run factory in Portugal which guarantees their quality and durability. This will be your go-to shirt for the office or any occasion.

Care:
Wash at 30%. For best care, hang on hanger immediately after washing and spray with water before ironing at a medium temperature. Do not tumble dry.
Our shirts are packed in a compostable potato starch bag and delivered in a recycled cardboard Box. All our packaging is compostable or recyclable.

The Alder Fit
This is the Alder Slim Fit. A more generous cut than our Extra Slim Fit, with slightly more space around the waist, chest and arms. This is our most popular fit and will suit most body types.
Our Fit Guarantee: We are confident you will find a great fitting shirt but if you want to try a different fit or size, we offer free and easy exchanges and returns.
The finest fabric in the world
The Alder&Green Twill is woven in the prestigious and innovative Albini Mill, established in 1876 in Italy. It has a soft texture and is strong and durable.
Our twill is made from 100's two fold (2-Ply) thread and has a 93/135 weight. It is the perfect year round formal shirt fabric, not too heavy for summer but with rich texture for winter. It sits perfectly under a suit and will look crisp and clean with the jacket off.
The cultivation methods of this fabric strictly follow all organic cotton requirements and is GOTS approved. The Albini organic cotton is scientifically traceable to the origin of the plant to ensure full transparency and the quality of each piece of fabric.
Ethical Production
Our products are manufactured in Guimarães, just outside of Porto in Portugal. Our factory is of the highest quality, with full GOTS certification and a fair living wage for all employees.
Each shirt is expertly crafted using laser guided fabric cutting for consistent quality and sewn by hand using recycled polyester yarn.
